How much do Expert Witness Reports cost?

Fees for the following are normally standard and fixed with a quotation available by return

• CPR35 Expert Witness Reports (personal Injury and property damage)

• Liability Reports

• Safety Audits

• Risk Assessments

CPR35 Expert Witness and Liability Reports are at set fees irrespective of scope.

Safety Audits depend on the extent of the issue involved - a single golf hole, 9 holes or 18 holes.

Risk Assessments are quoted in two sections

• Design Risk Assessments 

• Operational Risk Assessments

Exact fees depend on are confirmed in a written proposal which would be produced by return on receipt of an enquiry.

All proposals include the following prices

• Report fee

• Hourly rates

• Half day rates

• Full day rates

• Night and weekend work

• Attendance at Court costs

• Extended days

• Disbursements which are all are charged at cost in accordance with a supplied schedule

VAT is not payable in the UK.

Taxation in countries with Withholding Tax and Double Taxation Treaties will also be shown in any proposal.
