golf expert witness | golf safety and risk assessments

I was Technical Director of the design and consultancy subsidiary of the PGA of Great Britain & Ireland and the author of the PGA's Golf Course Design – Safety Guidelines amongst numerous technical publications.

I trained and qualified as an architect with a B A Arch Hons and B Arch Hons dgerees from the University of Bristol.

I played golf for very many years and have an unrivalled professional background in golf course design, with extensive experience of golf courses designed and constructed throughout the world, including numerous award-winning courses.

This combination of specialist golf course design knowledge, golf safety expertise and experience giving evidence in court enables me to provide independent expert opinion in cases involving golf-related personal injury, property damage, negligence and risk

I maintain current knowledge of the Rules of Golf and relevant changes published by the USGA and The R&A. This is particularly important when assessing incidents, responsibilities and safety issues in which the Rules of Golf are relevant.
